From pre-qualification of our materials and installers to the post dry-out inspection, Dragon’s processes are documented to the highest standards. We employ Supervisors that are trained and qualified through the American Petroleum Institute Standard 936 for Refractory Practitioners. Dragon’s Quality manual, procedures, and documentation meet and in many cases exceed the industry standard.
